Steel strip reinforced HDPE corrugated pipe is manufactured by embedding a profiled steel strip into an HDPE matrix through a continuous winding and welding process, achieving ring stiffness up to SN25 for heavy-duty, deep-buried and large-diameter drainage.

Corrosion-resistant, UV-stable and smooth, the pipe ensures high-efficiency sewage and stormwater conveyance. Joints are sealed using electrofusion belts and heat-shrink sleeves for fully watertight connections. Available in DN300–DN2400, the pipe is approximately 1/6 the weight of reinforced concrete pipes, offering superior deformation resistance and reduced installation cost.

It is widely applied in municipal trunk sewers, main stormwater lines, industrial park effluent systems, sponge city projects, trenchless pipe jacking and road/tunnel drainage.

Notes on pipelines:

1. Embedded high-strength steel strip structure, ultra-high ring stiffness (SN16-SN25), suitable for municipal main drainage, deep-buried and heavy load areas.

2. Use electrofusion belt or heat shrink sleeve for joint connection, ensure complete sealing, prevent sewage leakage and groundwater pollution.

3. The trench foundation shall be solid and leveled, soft soil needs reinforcement, avoid uneven settlement causing pipeline dislocation and rupture.

4. During handling and hoisting, protect the steel strip reinforced structure from violent collision and local stress damage.

5. Backfill with fine soil, layered symmetrically tamped, prohibit backfilling with large hard objects, avoid pipeline deformation and damage.

6. Suitable for non-excavation pipe jacking, road culvert and sponge city drainage projects, regular inspection of pipeline sealing and settlement.
