Quick DeliveryComposite iron pipes feature a ductile iron or welded steel structural core lined and coated with polyethylene, epoxy resin or polyurethane via thermal spraying, sintering or mechanical bonding, eliminating the rusting and scaling issues of traditional iron pipes.
Combining high strength, rigidity and pressure capacity with superior chemical resistance, the pipes are suitable for potable water, wastewater, petroleum and mildly corrosive chemical transfer. Resistant to ground settlement and external impact, they can be buried, installed above ground or placed in utility tunnels.
Flanged, push-fit or grooved jointing ensures reliable sealing, with a service life of 30–50 years. Applications include municipal water mains, industrial circulating water systems, chemical processing, mine piping, oilfield gathering networks and aging pipeline rehabilitation.

Notes on pipelines:
1. Internal and external composite anti-corrosion coating/plastic layer, solve the problems of easy rust and scaling of traditional iron pipes, protect the anti-corrosion layer during installation.
2. Once the anti-corrosion layer is damaged, repair it immediately with special materials to prevent rusting of the iron base and affect service life.
3. Adopt flange, grooved or socket connection, control tightening force evenly, avoid over-tightening causing thread damage and leakage.
4. Avoid electrochemical corrosion when connecting with dissimilar metal pipes, use insulating joints if necessary.
5. Suitable for municipal water supply, industrial fluid, chemical medium and mine pipeline transportation, resist complex medium corrosion.
6. Regularly inspect the anti-corrosion layer and joints, replace damaged parts in time, extend service life up to 30-50 years.
