The pipe combines the high strength and pressure rating of steel with the corrosion resistance and non-scaling properties of plastic, fully complying with GB 5135 fire safety standards. Notes on pipelines:
1. Comply with national fire safety standards GB 5135, dedicated to fire water supply systems, prohibit substitution with ordinary water supply pipes.
2. Protect the internal food-grade plastic lining during installation, avoid scratching, peeling and damage, prevent rust and water quality pollution.
3. Adopt grooved, flange or threaded connection, operate in strict accordance with fire protection construction specifications, ensure joint firmness and zero leakage.
4. Install pipe brackets and hangers at specified intervals, prevent pipeline sagging and vibration, ensure stable operation of fire protection system.
5. Avoid contact with corrosive chemicals, do not carry out welding and hot operations near the pipeline to prevent damage to the plastic lining.
6. Regularly conduct pressure tests on the fire protection pipeline system, check joint sealing and pipe body corrosion, and ensure timely water supply in case of fire.
