HDPE water supply pipes are manufactured from high-density polyethylene (PE100 grade) via fully automatic extrusion lines, in strict compliance with GB/T 13663.2-2018 and ISO 4427 international standards. The pipes exhibit exceptional resistance to environmental stress cracking, long-term hydrostatic strength and UV stability, enabling safe continuous operation at temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 60℃, with a designed service life of no less than 50 years. The smooth inner wall prevents scaling and minimizes head loss, improving hydraulic efficiency by 15%–30% compared to conventional pipelines. High flexibility and elongation allow the pipe to withstand ground settlement and seismic activity without fracture.
The pipe is inert to acids, alkalis and salts, ensuring no chemical reaction or secondary contamination, fully meeting drinking water hygiene requirements. Jointing is performed via butt fusion or electrofusion socket connections, delivering joint strength exceeding that of the pipe wall and ensuring zero leakage.

It is widely applied in municipal water supply, rural drinking water projects, high-rise building water distribution, landscaping irrigation, water treatment, desalination and mine pressure water transmission, serving as a reliable and eco-friendly pressure piping solution.

Notes on pipelines：
1.Before installation, check the pipe surface for cracks, scratches, bubbles or damage; reject unqualified products to avoid later leakage.
2.Match pipe pressure rating (PN0.6-PN1.6MPa) with actual working pressure, and prohibit over-pressure operation, water hammer impact and instantaneous pressure surge.
3.When carrying out hot-melt or electrofusion connection, strictly control heating temperature, time and pressure according to process standards; keep joint surface clean, free of oil, dust and water stains to ensure joint strength higher than pipe body.
4.Lay 10-20cm fine sand layer at the trench bottom, remove sharp stones, bricks and hard debris to prevent pipe wall puncture; backfill with fine sand on both sides first, then cover with soil, and avoid heavy object direct impact.
5.Reserve thermal expansion clearance for long straight pipelines, and install expansion joints or natural bending sections to absorb displacement caused by temperature change.
6.Prohibit long-term outdoor open storage, avoid direct sunlight, high-temperature heat sources and open fire, and cover with sunshade cloth to prevent UV aging and material embrittlement.
7.Only food-grade PE100 raw material pipes and matching fittings can be used for drinking water supply, and no recycled material pipes are allowed to ensure water hygiene.
