Quick DeliveryHDPE steel wire mesh skeleton composite pipe features a reinforced layer of high-strength galvanized steel wire welded into a mesh structure, sandwiched between inner and outer layers of HDPE and bonded with a special hot-melt adhesive. This construction combines the high strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of plastic.
Pressure ratings include PN1.0, PN1.6 and PN2.5, suitable for high-pressure fluid transmission. The pipe operates reliably at temperatures from -30℃to 80℃, with excellent low-temperature impact resistance and rapid crack propagation resistance. The smooth, scale-free inner wall minimizes head loss for long-distance pipelines.
Joints utilize electrofusion fittings for high-integrity connections capable of withstanding high pressure, vibration and ground movement. Applications include municipal high-pressure water supply, industrial circulating water, oilfield water injection, mine water drainage, fire protection systems, corrosive chemical transfer and long-distance water conveyance.

Notes on pipelines:
1. Only special electrofusion fittings for steel wire mesh composite pipes can be used for connection, and hot-melt connection of ordinary HDPE fittings is prohibited to avoid joint separation and leakage.
2. During handling and installation, protect the outer HDPE layer from scratches, cuts and damage, so as not to cause corrosion of the internal steel wire skeleton and affect pipeline pressure resistance.
3. Strictly prohibit open fire baking, bending and twisting the pipe body, avoid damage to the internal steel wire structure, resulting in reduced pressure resistance and pipeline rupture.
4. Match the pressure grade (PN1.0-PN2.5MPa) with the design working pressure, do not use in over-pressure, high-temperature fluid transportation scenarios.
5. The trench foundation shall be stable, avoid uneven settlement; when laying in sections, conduct pressure test in time after connection to check joint sealing.
6. It is forbidden to weld, cut and other hot operations near the pipeline to prevent damage to the pipe body; avoid contact with strong corrosive chemicals.
