Quick DeliveryHDPE double wall corrugated pipes are produced using twin-screw co-extrusion and vacuum forming technology. The corrugated outer structure delivers ring stiffness classifications SN4, SN8 and SN16, providing exceptional external load resistance and anti-settlement performance.
The smooth inner wall (Manning’s n≈0.009) ensures high flow capacity and excellent self-cleansing properties. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant HDPE, the pipe is suitable for sewage, wastewater and stormwater conveyance. Its lightweight design and push-fit rubber ring joint allow fast installation without concrete bedding, resulting in a significantly lower total installed cost than reinforced concrete pipes.
It is widely applied in municipal stormwater and sewage separation networks, residential drainage, road culverts, airport and port drainage, agricultural irrigation and mine dewatering systems.

Notes on pipelines:
1. Install the pipe in the direction of bell mouth facing the water flow, ensure the socket is in place, and the rubber sealing ring is tightly fitted without distortion.
2. Select ring stiffness grade (SN4/SN8/SN16) according to buried depth and load: SN4 for green belt and non-traffic areas, SN8 for residential roads, SN16 for municipal main roads and heavy load areas.
3. The trench bottom shall be leveled and tamped, lay 15cm fine sand cushion, remove hard objects such as stones and bricks, avoid damaging the corrugated structure.
4. During backfill, use fine soil or sand with particle size less than 20mm, prohibit backfilling with bricks, stones and frozen soil, layered tamping to prevent uneven settlement.
5. Prohibit construction personnel from walking, standing or stacking construction materials on the unbackfilled pipeline to avoid pipe deformation and fracture.
6. Regularly inspect the pipeline for sediment blockage, clean it in time, and avoid long-term blockage causing pipeline pressure damage.
