Notes on pipelines:
1. Strictly prohibit scratching, scraping or piercing the inner silicone lubricating layer during handling, cutting and installation, so as not to increase friction and affect cable air-blowing construction.
2. Before cable air-blowing operation, clean the inner wall of the pipeline to remove dust, sand and debris, and keep the inner wall smooth and low-friction.
3. The bending radius during installation shall not be less than 15 times the pipe outer diameter, and forced bending is prohibited to avoid pipe flattening, cracking or damage to the internal lubricating layer.
4. Use special matching connectors for joint connection, seal tightly to prevent groundwater, sand and mud from intruding into the pipe, and avoid cable corrosion and blockage.
5. When coiling and storing, the coiling diameter shall meet the standard, avoid tight coiling causing permanent deformation of the pipe; store in a cool and ventilated place away from sharp objects.
6. Professional air-blowing equipment shall be used for cable penetration, control air pressure and traction speed, avoid excessive force damaging the cable or pipe body.
