Quick DeliveryCarbon spiral corrugated conduit is produced from modified polypropylene compounded with high-strength carbon particles and anti-aging additives, via spiral extrusion technology. It offers high flexibility, compressive strength and bendability for installation in complex terrain and tight-radius bends.
Resistant to temperature extremes, acids, alkalis and weathering, it provides excellent electrical insulation to protect cables from compression, moisture and soil corrosion. The conduit can be directly buried without concrete encasement, using simple coupler connections for high installation efficiency.
It is widely used in street lighting circuits, traffic signal cabling, industrial park low-voltage systems, municipal distribution networks, highway communication ducts and landscaping cable protection.

Notes on pipelines:
1. The pipe has good flexibility, but the bending radius shall not be less than 10 times the pipe outer diameter, prohibit sharp bending and folding to avoid pipe cracking and damage.
2. Can be directly buried in ordinary soil, no need for concrete protective layer, but need to remove sharp hard objects in the trench to prevent pipe puncture.
3. Use special matching connectors for connection, ensure tight sealing, prevent water, sand and debris from entering the pipe, protect internal cables.
4. During construction, avoid mechanical rolling, heavy impact and extrusion, so as not to cause permanent deformation of the pipe and affect cable threading.
5. Suitable for low-voltage cable, street lamp, traffic signal line protection, prohibit use in high-voltage strong electric field and high-temperature environment.
6. Store away from heat sources, open fire and strong chemicals, avoid long-term sunlight exposure causing material aging and brittle fracture.
